The custom Mailman theme we use breaks when you choose Spanish as the primary list_language. In the spirit of the One Mozilla theme, this should be fixed.

This got bumped into for the mozilla.community.german newsgroup as well.

I believe I have the changes for making our custom theme the global default, not just English default. This patch can be rolled out once bug 765289 has shipped a mostly-stock Mailman (with only our pre-existing patches applied). Once that is landed, I will be able to roll this change in with bug 814207 in a minor rpm update.

The rest of the patches for used languages have been generated based off of bug 600112.
