Steps to reproduce:
1. Load App purchases page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/purchases/
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
Expected results:
"More" button is displayed instead of the "Previous - Next" navigation.
Actual results:
Old page navigation is displayed.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF20 (Win 7 and Android 4.1.1).
