The new SVG swiper to unlock the phone is also used to answer a call when the phone is locked.

The performance is really bad which means:
- the usability is bad, we don't get the "hint" of how it works because the bounce animation has a really low frame rate
- even for an experienced user it's hard to get to the pickup button because the phone is chocking on the animation

It already takes 2-3 rings to display the call screen right now, so the added time it takes to pickup with the swiper is actually causing missed calls.

We should make it fast or simply remove it.
