Details

Emulator need to support RIL_REQUEST_STK_SEND_TERMINAL_RESPONSE and RIL_UNSOL_STK_SESSION_END. Idea is when emulator receive TERMINAL_RESPONSE. it will check command format, if command is good, reply "OK" by DISPLAY_TEXT, otherwise reply "ERROR".
