Another silent install by Softonic installers. This one seems not to hijack settings, but modifies affiliate links ostensibly to earn money for a non-profit. This one also has an AMO listing: https://addons.mozilla.org/editors/review/we-care-reminder ID: wecarereminder@bryan
The developers have been contacted. We will proceed with the block if we don't hear from them in a week.
According to the developer, Softonic was contacted and they removed all traces of We-Care from their site and installers. Looks like we don't need this anymore.
