While we're working on getting builds working for localized gecko inside fx os on central, not all of that is uplifted to beta as we go.

Keeping track of what needs to lift once we what's working.

Requesting tracking for both 18 and 19.

Notes: bug 797745 (jar.mn relativedirs) may be needed if we end up shrinking toolkit.

Also, some of the bugs are uplifted, so we'll need to query for fixed18.

Please only add bugs that actually have patches landed on central/inbound, not potential candidates or dupes or so.

The buglist is empty, and the blockers appear to be fixed on FF18/B2G18.
