Using 2001-05-18 commercial release build on Windows NT 1. Go to https://catbert.mcom.com/NetDynamics/ndNSAPI.nd/MgrInquiry (internal URL - sorry) In 4.7, you get warned that the server's cert has expired, and if you Continue, you get prompted for your own cert, and can log in. In the current build, you don't get the expired cert warning -- nothing happens at all.
I'm running the 2001-05-20-20 build and it works for me. cc'ing Steve and Wan-Teh for help in isolating this problem.
