The stroke() is not performed when it follows the fill() and the mozFillRule is set to "evenodd":
ctx.mozFillRule = "evenodd";
ctx.fill();
ctx.stroke();
(The issue is originally reported at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/2446 )

This appears to be fixed in 30.0a1 (2014-02-07). I can view the test case attached to this issue I believe successfully. Additionally the schematics here http://arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/arduino-ethernet-shield-05-schematic.pdf, referenced in Github issue 2446, now displays correctly the connecting traces. I propose that this bug is now FIXED.
