Currently, any tab that is opened via a new link(which one can use to continue to navigate off of) are not recorded in browser history. After visiting a variety of sites; I went to check on the History tab in the AwesomeScreen and it was blank. This might not be an issue if bug 801646 is fixed. Steps to Reproduce: i) Open a new private tab, and visit http://techmeme.com ii) Open an article in a new tab; a new regular tab should open iii) Visit a variety of URL's from within that new tab iv) Check on the browser history -- Nightly (mozilla-cntral 12/10) Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Android 4.1.2)

(In reply to Aaron Train [:aaronmt] from comment #0) > This might not be an issue if bug 801646 is fixed. Yeah, I think bug 801646 will trump this one. When a new tab is opened from a private one, the new tab should always be private.
