[Lukas Blakk [:lsblakk] use ?needinfo]

Bug 813809 created the hook, it has landed to http://hg.mozilla.org/hgcustom/hghooks

Please update the hghooks and enable this prevent_uuid_changes hook (i think as pretxnchangegroup but copy whatever treeclosure hook uses) on the following repos:

http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-release
http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr10
http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr18

That last one should be mozilla-esr17 (not 18)

Copied the hook into the correct dir to be used, then added this line to all repositories you asked for:

pretxnchangegroup.c_nouuidchanges = python:mozhghooks.prevent_uuid_changes.hook
