STR:
1. Open a tool with the toolbox attached.
2. Detach the toolbox
3. Try to open Tilt, scratchpad or Responsive mode using the buttons on the right.

Step 1 is not required, you can open a detached toolbox from the beginning too.

Oh yes, I did not notice that I closed a detached toolbox earlier.
