STR:
====================
  0. 2012/12/14 mozilla-central build.
  1. Add a new alarm (the time picker is still working).
  2. Reset that alarm.
  3. When entering the time picker page that contains a "Delete" button below.

Actual:
====================
  When scrolling the timer picker, the whole page will be scrolled, thus failing to set the time.

Expected:
====================
  The whole page shouldn't be scrolled.
Nominate for bb+ because we're not able to set the alarm. Absolutely need to fix it before release!

After discussing with :schien, some regression might happens by the recent scroll event change.
This should go to Gaia:Clock, since the time picker is a per-app customized UI widget for clock only.

Leave a note:
The regression is coming from Bug 814252 - Scrolling with a focused input forces scroll top. After discussing with :schien, we should use "touch" event to replace with "mouse" event for the time picker.
Bug 814252 was backed out, so this isn't blocking currently...
