RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 825665

People

(Reporter: yortnoswad, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0
Build ID: 20121128204232

Steps to reproduce:

Went to various web pages that use CSS to properly display web pages.
Gmail, facebook, doing yahoo searches, www.lds.org, support.mozilla.org
This is on a new, updated Windows 8 machine. It is being run in desktop mode, not "single window" mode.

Actual results:

Usually everything is all text and pushed along the left side of the screen. Sometimes holding the shift key and pushing refresh helps, sometimes not.
I think it is best described in the following two mozilla support threads.
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/941815
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/939686

Expected results:

It should be showing the pages the way they are meant to, with images, and CSS working properly
