After lots of discussion in the newsgroups, we've decided to focus Linux efforts on the 64-bit version. Turning off the 32-bit builds and corresponding tests will let us reclaim that hardware for other things. The need is most acute for test hardware present.
Linux 32-bit builds will be disabled first on mozilla-central and derived branches. The change will ride the trains from there.
