STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=19136
2. Resize the window to be smaller than the combined width of the two floats.
EXPECTED RESULTS
As the window is shrunk, the second floats should wrap on to the next line.
It should always be the same size (unless the window is smaller than the
width of the second float on its own, in which case it should start shrinking
further and wrapping its contents.)
ACTUAL RESULTS
As the window is shrunk, the second float tries to fit in the remaining
space next to the first float.
See also bug 82314 for another bug with this testcase.
