Details

STR: * have an update notification * read it and click on it, but press "later" => the notification icon has now an "read" state (it's greyed) * wait for another notification (try to change a manifest from one of your installed app, and force an update from Settings) => the icon is still "read" whereas it should be "unread". The toaster (small window at the top) isn't displayed either.
I think it could block basecamp because it's both easy to fix and annoying for the user.
Triage: BB-, tracking-b2g18+, should not block if this were the last bug before ship
