(Open thunderbird from command line.) Go to Message | Tag | Manage tags Add a tag "foo2". Close the manage tags dialog. Close thunderbird by Ctrl-C. Next time you open it, the foo2 tag isn't there anymore. This doesn't happen if one close thunderbird by clicking the window closing x.
(no comparable failure on Windows) still reproduce on linux?
