826010 - reimage t-r3-w764-{00[1-5],ref} test machines as linux32 test machines

Per bsmedberg, these win7x64 test machines are no longer needed. Recycling to put them to use elsewhere. 

This will require dep bugs with IT for
* reimaging machines
* DNS and nagios changes

...while this bug tracks RelEng changes to
* buildbot master, slavealloc
