Details
In bug 812729 we fail to collect talos counters. After looking at the machines involved in the last few weeks it is always talos-r3-xp-078. While I don't know the root cause, it is obvious that we should reimage this machine and start fresh.

Is there any diagnostics? or manual run to try on the machine after re-imaging? (before putting it back to the pool)

if we can run talos tp5n on this machine and ensure it is not red, that would be a good test!
