Details
(Whiteboard: [awaiting partner info] BTG-485)
The steps to reproduce:
1. Pair to an Android device with bluetooth
2. Open Gallery application
3. Select a picture, tap the sharing icon, select "Send To Bluetooth device" button.
Result:
The Android device displays a message of the incoming file. After 10 seconds the FFOS device displays a notification of "transfer failed" very briefly. The image filename is displayed correctly on the Android device, but its size is zero.

Nokia N7 is okay.
But, there was one HTC phone not working with different reaction. (Causing screen freezing)
Greg,
Which Android phone did you test with? Do you have chance to provide hcidump ascii format file?
We're suspecting something related to "OPP over L2cap feature" but needs more information to check.
Hi Greg,
Provide how-to for hcidump log capturing:
Step 1. Turn on Bluetooth
Step 2. type "adb shell hcidump --ascii > opp_test.txt"
Step 3. Perform OPP file transfer tests
After you finished, you can press Ctrl+C to stop and provide opp_test.txt

The commercial device we were using was Motorola Droid X. What I believe was happening was tester did not accept the file transfer on the droid and our device was timing out and displaying failed transfer message.
After accepting file transfer on Droid X, we were able to see the image successfully transferred from test device and also from otoro device.
