Details

Twitter tools are supposed to be retrieved automatically. As per https://hacks.mozilla.org/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=twitter-tools: "Tweets are downloaded automatically every 15 minutes" Only manual updating works.

Still the same problem, and tweets don't get updated…
Craig can look into this post-Firefox Flicks release due to it being his P1 and a launch date on Feb. 13th.
