If you go to https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ on a Tablet, and get the mobile view then all of the categories appear blank.  This seems to be because the default sort is 'featured' and (I guess) there aren't any category featured addons for Android* (?).

You're basically getting this page:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/extensions/device-features-location/?sort=featured (0 matches)
c.f.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/extensions/device-features-location/?sort=users (3 matches)

On Desktop most of the categories show an intermediate page instead of the listing directly, e.g.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/extensions/experimental/
and the 'see all' link is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/extensions/experimental/?sort=users so you wouldn't notice
