Details

When trying to install Firefx 18.0 Arabic language pack (from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/18.0/linux-i686/xpi/ar.xpi), Firefox refused installing it complaining it is corrupt. The localized version works fine.
This seems to be caused by the existence of empty lines before <?xml version="1.0"?> in its install.rdf file, after removing them the language pack installs fine.
This is similar to bug 829246
@Khaled it is caused by the issue we identified during Aurora 19 see https://github.com/translate/translate/commit/e0d8001989dcf891976df8bb4e17cf9c68f85a9e
