Details
Updated to Firefox 18 on Mac with retina display and a standard display connected as secondary. The repference for HiDPI was set to 2 which caused a whole bunch of UI problems when moving the window between the two screen or, when using Firefox on the secondary screen. The down arrow that displays the list of open tabs is rendered tiny and on the primary retina screen, the same goes for bookmarks from the bookmark bar as well as when using the awesome bar.

Changed gfx.hidpi.enabled from 2 to 0, relaunched and the problems went away.
