828445 - bumeran.com.ve doesn't recognize B2G UA as mobile

bumeran.com.ve serves a desktop site to B2G. Bug 823364 added an UA override for this domain. The override should be removed once the domain serves mobile content to B2G. This bug tracks the evangelism for the site to recognize the B2G UA and the removal of the override at that time.

According to their Web site http://www.bumeran.com.ve/postulantes/nuestra_compania.bum they are available in more than one latin america country.

Tested on device
with UA override, Firefox OS redirected to the mobile site.
Without UA override, Firefox OS redirected to the desktop site.

Confirmed with UA on CLI. HTTP server side user agent sniffing.

The legal department seems to be in Argentina. So there are chances the main headquarter is there. They also seem to own the domain name http://http://www.universobit.com.ar/

The last test run says this problem is fixed - Karl, can you test and possibly remove the UA override?
