829922 - Sometimes changing orientation leaves a white rect

It's reproducible on www.repubblica.it.
If you change orientation there's a white rect on the right that disappears only if you scroll down.

This is an example of a page that isn't rendered at all. Probably it's another bug.
However these problems aren't related to a particular page, but show up randomly.

I can simply reproduce on www.repubblica.it by changing orientation. It doesn't happen everytime, though, but I can reproduce if I change orientation many times.

I'm not able to reproduce it on repubblica.it on FF19 or on nightly. I rotated back and forth ~30 times.

I think this is related to bug 871300, bug 858137, bug 795595, bug 795438
