Steps to reproduce:

I used specific HTML / CSS format and noticed the problem in current FF 18 version. The document can be found here:

Actual results:

Scrolling leads to artifacts appearance on the scroll-bar. See screenshot (area outlined with red square).


Expected results:

No artifacts should appear.
