Howdy folks - checking in on this bug. When can we expect the first round of creative reviews? Thanks!
Apologies for the confusion on my part, but did we agree this was needed for MWC? I don't recall it being scoped like that, but could certainly be wrong.
(In reply to John Slater from comment #2) > Apologies for the confusion on my part, but did we agree this was needed for > MWC? I don't recall it being scoped like that, but could certainly be wrong. We did since developers are one of our key target markets. I'll let Jen chime in here -- if other MWC content trumps this, then so be it. Either way more than anything I'd just like to know the timeline here so that we can drive this to completion.
My memory is that we agreed this work is part of preparing for MWC but that since Desktop isn't a top priority product, we might not end up completing it in time for MWC. I'll let Tara or Lee speak to timeline, but it did sound like it won't be too much work for Steven after design is complete.
Steven, correct me if I'm wrong, but I was thinking the developers were going to take a stab at showing the best/most-relevant parts of the the new dynamic features, within the same page layout. Do we need to rethink the layout at all?
(In reply to Lee Tom from comment #5) > Steven, correct me if I'm wrong, but I was thinking the developers were > going to take a stab at showing the best/most-relevant parts of the the new > dynamic features, within the same page layout. Do we need to rethink the > layout at all? If we can get the updated text, and directions on what elements to include screenshots for (I can produce the screenshots), I think we can work within the layout we already have in place. It would be helpful to get some editorial direct about general placement on the page (eg. new features are important, put 'em up top).

Steven - Check out the direction in the brief linked to in Comment 0, and if you have any other questions or need anything else, please check with me for product details, and Lee Tom for Creative/Layout details. Text will come from Matej - Matej - do you need a separate bug for that?
No need for a separate copy bug. Here are the new blurbs: Developer Toolbar Fast, easy and intuitive, the Developer Toolbar saves you time when working on Web development. It provides easy keyboard control over a variety of tools and automatically completes commands and parameters as you type. Find it in the Web Developer menu or hit shift+F2. Style Editor The Style Editor makes it easy to experiment with, revise and test changes to the appearance of Web pages. Edit the design of any page and see your changes instantly as you modify the stylesheet. Try it out from the Web Developer menu. Debugger Quickly hunt down problems in your JavaScript code as you pause, play and watch script execution by setting breakpoints in the source editor. All of the scripts are listed in a menu and you can jump to a file by typing part of its name. It also supports remote debugging for Firefox OS and Firefox for Android. Mobile developer tools Our Responsive Design View tool makes it easy to resize the page you’re viewing to see what it would look like on any screen, all from the comfort of your desktop. You can also troubleshoot JavaScript running on your mobile with the Debugger. Connect to Firefox for Android or Firefox OS and use your desktop monitor to debug your mobile device.
@Matej Thanks - I'll send this around to the devs and provide feedback here within the next 24-hours. @Lee - Is there anything blocking creative assets? When can we expect the first creative review?
Per comment #6 I thought were were bypassing Lee and going directly to Steven on this?
(In reply to John Slater from comment #10) > Per comment #6 I thought were were bypassing Lee and going directly to > Steven on this? Sounds good. Assigning this bug to Steven. @Steven - when can we expect to do the first round of reviews?

@Steven - when can we expect to do the first round of graphic/creative reviews?

This copy is good to go. No changes needed.

Would something for review by > this Friday be ok? By this Friday, or even next Friday, would be great. Just as long as we have a clear set milestone we're working towards that we all know of, and that I can communicate to the other stakeholders involved (they ask!). That said, let's shoot for this Friday.
Didn't make it for Friday, but will aim for today (Monday) / tomorrow.
