Are all of the existing consumers and tests converted since all dependencies are fixed? Do we need any more dependencies?

Yes, it looks like all consumers have been converted.  Marking fixed.

For tracking purposes, 3 of these were fixed for Firefox 22, 2 in Firefox 23, and one in Firefox 24.
