Please put a hack into b.m.o so that people cannot resolve an open bug REMIND or
LATER.  They're still doing it.

and they're STILL doing it.  There's bugs that have been set to REMIND or LATER
as recently as last week.

Just double-checking Asa, this is the policy for Mozilla now, that those aren't
allowed to be used, correct?

correct. remind and later should not be used at bmo in any of the projects I
know of. we can either block people from using it or remove it alltogether.
whichever is easier I suppose

There will almost certainly be functionality if 2.18 to block this, which
unfortunately has missed to 2.16 train.  Or you could put in a hack beforehand
if you like.
