Details
When adding a component it now seems you need to specify a QA contact. I don't
recall it being this way previously and I don't think it should be.
We should be striving to make things per-product and while we probably won't
hide the QA contact on a per-product basis in BZ2, if there is a facility to not
use QA at all, there should be a facility to only use it for certain products.
