Steps To Reproduce:
1) Set Language to Portuguese
2) Connect to a wifi network
3) Move out of range of wifi network
4) Return to wifi network range

Expected:
Notification of connection to prior known wifi network

Actual:
No notification of wifi network

Frequency:
100%

Notes:
1) No notification at power up to a known wifi network.
