From bug 832834: * Simplify docshell.securityUI creation and ownership. It's currently a bizarre 3-way dance between the frontend, PSM, and docshell. Attached is my first pass at this. It's uglier than I'd prefer, because it seems like docshells are created somewhat oddly. At this point I'm still trying to preserve (roughly) the same behavior wrt when this object is created. I suspect that this will just be a temporary checkpoint towards making all docshells entirely track the security state of themselves and their children.
