Steps to reproduce:

I wanted to chat with some guys. Everytime they wrote to me, there was this "email sound". I had really a lot of problems to differentiate between mail and chat.


Actual results:

I was confused


Expected results:

It would be very cool to have different Mail and Chat sounds. Maybe for Feeds too.
My Idea is to set a "default sound" which you can chance for every typ (mail, feeds, chat)
And for every chat you can set a special sound too, to differentiate between to chat protocols e.g.

This also can be usefull for importan mail accounts or maybe for special emails from one person. Maybe you can work on this.

Ya, feeds is something that needs to be done.
But I think bug 961666 accomplished what is being desired here.
