Thanks for alerting. We've solved it and now we don't see it in new versions. Can you please verify?
(In reply to Babylon Representative from comment #1) > We've solved it and now we don't see it in new versions. Can you please > verify? There are still crashes with version 2.6.1095.52 of browserprotect-18.0.dll.
This is significantly rising in yesterday's data from Firefox 18.*
Interestingly, it looks like it's not seen with 18.0.2 right now, but that may change as more people adopt that update.
(In reply to Robert Kaiser (:kairo@mozilla.com) from comment #3) > This is significantly rising in yesterday's data from Firefox 18.* Do we have any data on this crash in Firefox 19, given we are releasing in a few days?
(In reply to Anthony Hughes, Mozilla QA (:ashughes) from comment #5) > Do we have any data on this crash in Firefox 19, given we are releasing in a > few days? Well, as the file name suggests, this hooks in with 18, so we don't see those there. I guess they only support our releases once they're out, much like many others. Looks like it pops up with most past releases at some point though, as suggested by current results for similar signatures: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/query/query?product=Firefox&version=ALL%3AALL&query_type=contains&query=browserprotect-&do_query=1
For now, the crash volume is too low to require tracking on our side. We'll keep an eye out.
Closing because no crash reported since 12 weeks.
