The blocked add-ons page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/) lists all current blocks sorted by the time in which they were created. However, we often update existing plugin blocks to extend them, because it's too much work to create new ones. It makes sense to surface recently-updated blocks to make them easier to find.

I'd like that the blocked add-ons page be sorted by last modification date, with the most recent ones on the top.
Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
