bug 833945 includes a flag titled DOGFOOD that only dogfooding preinstalled apps will only be loaded on the device if it's a dogfooding build. If it isn't a dogfooding build, then we ignore the dogfood preinstalled apps. We start generating dogfooding builds with DOGFOOD enabled so that our dogfooders get the opportunity to test out preinstalled dogfooding apps we create for dogfooding testing only. https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/51b68335c5756e4bd68ff97c23e871ad96218fce
