Details

(Whiteboard: [MZ])

Steps to reproduce: 1. go into settings-Internet sharing; 2.go into hotspot settings and set the security "WPA2"; 3.modify the password to make the number is less than 8. 4.save the modification. Expected results: if the number of password is less than 8, the wifi-hotspot modification can not be saved. Actual results: 1.it also can be saved. 2.Then other wifi device search this wifi hotspot. Select this wifi hotspot and enter the password. Because the password number is less than 8, other devices can not finish the input and also can not connect.
We should block the password if it's less than 8 w/ WPA encryption

This prevented me from connecting with my Android device until I changed the password.
