Create mockups needed for the operator shelf demo.
More information requested in the dependent bugs. 

From Dan Horner:
We'd like to avoid using a fake app carrier for the promo slot, and go with a line of text:

"App suggestions from your Operator..."

If there's an opportunity to give it some color (for the promo as a whole) - suggestion from our brand team is to pull from the Firefox palette - red, blue, orange.

1. Marketplace home screen with featured apps
2. Marketplace home screen "scrolled" down to display categories
3. "global wireless" category screen.

Need 4 new graphics for categories page :-(
apologize profusely for miscommunication with marketing.

for now - looking to see if we can swap out - otherwise they cannot use the demo for steering. :-((((

the URL to install the payments demo app is http://operatorshelf.potch.me/ Once the page is loaded, an "Install As App" link will appear. Click it to install!

i went to the site
i clicked "install app" 
an icon appeared on my homescreen (greyed out)

when i click on it i am prompted "Restart Download  Do you want to download Mkt Payments?" I click 'download'

i am back on the homescreen with an error message that says "download stopped"

is this a package on device issue?
do i need to install anything additional on my phone (like a dev tool) in order to run this app?
