No technical specs on this one. I would recommend:

1. Keep the email simple, it needs to be rendered by email clients. If we use the same design as this it would save time :) -> https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=821680

2. Keep the text minimal, we will be L10n-ing these

3. For the decline, this should be general and probably should state "all decisions final" so users do not contact us regarding declined videos.

I want to re-iterate comment #3 since I saw something in the the pdf in bug #834854 that looks like a new template.

I would save us oodles of time if go with the template that was already designed/implemented for the newsletter: Bug #821680

Its already been coded/tested in various email clients and we only need tweaks to adapt it.

Hi Ben,

Want to confirm with you about the email (accept and decline). I believe you are referring to the newsletter layout I designed in R1 as a solution for the email confirmations?  From my perspective I think this will work great, I can provide a quick mockup of what Matej's copy will look like within that existing template if that works.

Looks good, just one really small thing: The comma should go after the name, not after Hi.

Hi.

This looks good. And it sounds like it uses the newsletter template. 

I would only create a space between the Greeting and the first paragraph of the body copy.
