I vouch for Andreea. She is part of our Automation developement team and a peer for mozmill tests. With that responsibility she need commit access for /qa/.
Andreea, please check the following document:
http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/
We would need a public key and the form sent to us.

I have sent the Mozilla Foundation Committer's agreement by e-mail.
Adding Shannon to confirm the form.

I get this error when trying hg out for example:
remote: Could not chdir to home directory : No such file or directory
remote: You do not have a valid mercurial account!
abort: no suitable response from remote hg!
I have previously edited .ssh/config file:
Host hg.mozilla.org
User andreea.matei@softvision.ro

:rbryce: you didn't click "Make HG" for this user, that was the issue.
:AndreeaMatei: your username for this is indeed as you had it in commen 9, your full e-mail address of andreea.matei@softvision.ro
I enabled HG, so this should be good to go now.

I think there's still an issue going on. I get this when trying to push:
pushing to ssh://hg.mozilla.org/qa/mozmill-tests/
searching for changes
remote: adding changesets
remote: adding manifests
remote: transaction abort!
remote: rollback completed
remote: abort: Permission denied: /repo/hg/mozilla/qa/mozmill-tests/.hg/store/00manifest.i
abort: unexpected response: empty string

Found another issue with the account setup. Looks like only scm_level_2 was set. However SCM levels are cumulative, so a user in scm_level_2 needs to also be in scm_level_1. I added this bit as well. Please try again and reopen if it still isn't working. The rest of the permissions look good as far as I can tell.
