Steps to reproduce:

Nothing


Actual results:

Firefox keeps crashing everytime I try to close / open a new tab/window. This is the crappiest software ever. No wonder IE is so good. I am moving back to IE. This happens on all my computers multiple times a day. Submitting crash reports to Mozilla does not seem to work. Nobody seems to care.


Expected results:

It should not have crashed.

Crashing means closing unexpectedly.

Do you have Norton 2012?

Type about:crashes in the location bar and provide some crash IDs.

Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)? Notice that Mozilla is not responsible of bugs in extensions especially those with binaries.

Please see the attached file for Crash ids.

I use Norton 360 v 6.4. I understand Mozilla is not responsible for bugs in extensions. But not all my computers have "extensions" and crashing is happening across all computers - 2 laptops, one desktop - with versions Mozilla v 10, 17 and 18.

It's empty. Please paste crash IDs in a comment so that they are linked to the matching crash report.
