Actual results:

These PDFs should be loaded with bookmarks opened from the beginning.
But unless I click the toolbar button twice in order to open the bookmarks, I can not see the bookmarks.


Expected results:

These PDFs should be initially loaded with booksmarks opened because they are made as such.

And please implement the parameter of "pagemode", which is explained in
http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_open_parameters.pdf

FYI for anyone else looking for a workaround for this bug, I recommend taking any publicly hosting PDF files and putting them in ZIP containers.  This will force the clients to open the PDF file with a proper PDF viewer (emphasis on proper) which will display the bookmarks as intended.

It is a shame that both Chrome and Firefox now make their semi-functional PDF viewers the default for all installations.
