crashtest-ipc and reftest-ipc have been green on the cedar (mozharness) and build-system branches (classic). I think, it'd be safe to move them from Fedora to Ubuntu32.
The patch removes crashtest-ipc and reftest-ipc from Fedora and adds them to Ubuntu32.
