1) Open the inspect window from Scratchpad or the Web Console (i.e. type document and press Cmd/Ctrl+I in Scratchpad).

Results:
Window layout is broken, clicking on elements causes clicks to be registered on a different position.
I can't reproduce this on the latest Nightly.

Hm, it may be specific to OS X (and possibly HiDPI).
Probably a dupe of bug 830609.
