We really need some kind of awareness of the effectiveness of the very minimal internal advertising that we present on Fennec's home screen. (Sync, Marketplace, and Bug 786334….)

Not sure whether this falls into telemetry (is there any overlap between telemetry users and people who click on this banner?), FHR (not really health-related?), or will be part of some server-side tracking like product announcements. So consider this a really broad bug!
