With an inbound-src:d509e44cae3e, gaia:2d2ed4a1141af1bd3cb6efd8ae44c1fea5610b87 build:

1. Settings
2. Display
3. tap on wallpaper
4. tap on Wallpaper in the activity chooser

Expected: taken to wallpaper selection screen

Observed: return to Display settings screen; never presented with opportunity to choose a wallpaper.  Nothing obvious in the logcat, beyond:

I(  109:0x6d) XXX FIXME : Got a mozContentEvent: activity-choice
(Going to arbitrarily dup this to bug 840698 since that already picked up a dup.)
