User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20130212051652 Steps to reproduce: Daily testing of 64-bit Linux trunk builds of Firefox. Actual results: A couple of days ago, my 64-bit Linux trunk builds of Firefox started showing no plugins installed. I tried symlinking the files in /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/ to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ and then the browser would show the plugins installed. It also detects plugins in $HOME/.mozilla/plugins/ if present. Expected results: Firefox for 64-bit Linux should continue to look for plugins in /usr/lib64/ for compatibility with current systems. If this was a deliberate change, then this bug will serve as an FYI and provides a workaround.

Feb 10 at 7PM CST is the last good build I have. I think my build from morning of Feb 11 had the problem.
After further testing, it looks like the older build was also ignoring the lib64 directory. Firefox was using the plugins subdirectory underneath where the firefox binary is. I had been symlinking plugins there, and I guess that support was removed.
