This is a bit of a project, but would be nice for the names to match reality.
I'll need to adjust my custom scripts as well, but I appreciate clearer naming. :)

The `date_processed` key is called `date` in Super Search, and in the crash_report document that gets sent to Telemetry. I believe we can consider this good enough.
