Fix the browserelement auth tests to not throw exceptions and actually test what they mean to test.

The test testAuthJarInterfere is just confused: both events are dispatched, so we get an exception thrown because of the nonexistent SimpleTest.execute after we call SimpleTest.finish(), which is bad.
